Yoga for Anxiety – Grounding Flow (60 min)

 

This is a vinyasa flow class that will get you grounded. If you’re feeling anxious or have been away from your yoga practice, have a lot going on, this will get you grounded and feeling great – fast.

We repeat a vinyasa flow sequence that is strong (intermediate level) but nothing too crazy. Ends with long luxurious forward folds. You’ll feel strong and profoundly relaxed. Enjoy!
