All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Uplifted™ Yoga Teacher Training tuition payments may be partially refundable, with certain restrictions. Please see Uplifted™ Yoga Teacher Training Terms of Sale for details.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly Subscription period. Subscription memberships (including Annual Subscriptions) are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. For more details on how to cancel your subscription, click here.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products (including books, journals and DVDs) unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us a photo at email@example.com so we can see the details of the product defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will issue an order for a replacement product within 4 business days.
International Shipping Note: In some rare cases (less than 1% of our international orders), your home country may charge a customs fee to receive packages from abroad. In the very small chance this occurs, you acknowledge that we cannot offer refunds or reimbursements.
Please note, all refunds are made in USD and we are not liable for changes in exchange rates or foreign transaction fees.
Coupons provided for use with eligible brettlarkin.com products that have a stated expiry date (communicated via email, or via a promotional page) expire at midnight PST on that communicated date unless otherwise stated.
Any coupons provided without an expiry date are valid for a period of 30 days from the first time it was provided to you (via email or promotional page).
All expiry dates and times are final. Extensions cannot be granted.
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within the Uplifted™ subscription, physical books, or digital courses are protected by copyright owned or licensed by Uplifted™ Yoga LLC, and you acknowledge and agree that this is the case. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the material. You may stream digital material to your computer or download to your phone/tablet via our apps for viewing and/or printing, as long as the material is kept intact and in the same form as presented within the membership, book or course (including any copyright or other notice) and is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Waiver of Liability
You recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may, in some cases, cause physical strain or injury. In participating in Uplifted™ Yoga LLC’s courses, guidebooks or training plans, you acknowledge you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the training or practicing yoga. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns.
TO CANCEL YOUR UPLIFTED™ MEMBERSHIP
Follow these steps to change your method of payment should any issues arise:
If you joined Uplifted™ *after* January 1, 2019:
- Go to go https://upliftedyoga.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/
- Enter the email associated with your Uplifted™ Account
- Find your Uplifted™ subscription, either under Trailing or Current
- If you wish to change your payment method, you can do that on this screen
- If you wish to cancel, click “view” and then the “cancel” button. We’ll miss you – come back soon!
If you joined *before* January 1, 2019:
Click HERE or contact VHX HERE via email with subject “cancel subscription” at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you “pause” your membership, your current rate stays the same. You can only pause your account for 2 months before your payments will automatically resume.
You may also choose to email us with subject line “cancel subscription” at email@example.com at least three business days prior to your next billing cycle and we can cancel your membership for you.
Once you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership. If the membership rate increases, you’ll need to re-sign up at the new membership rate.
