How to Sit for Meditation

Sitting for meditation actually isn’t easy…

Many people believe that sitting for meditation is easy, when it’s actually one of the HARDEST things to do comfortably (especially for beginners!). In this 5-minute video, I teach how to sit for meditation in a way that works for YOU by providing three major overlooked tips no one ever talks about.

Watch or do it along with me…What you’ll need need:

1. Some pillows or cushions – grab ’em from the couch (optional)

2. A blanket or towel (same)

If you are a beginner or new to meditation, watch this video before attempting any prolonged meditation. If you’re more experienced but you’re legs are falling asleep in meditation or you’re experiencing knee or back discomfort, my tips help for this as well.

If you are struggling with meditation, it is not your fault!!! Most likely you are just not sitting in a way that best supports you. I hope this helps and let me know your thoughts in the comments.
