Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow

We move ALL around the mat in this intermediate/advanced slow flow vinyasa class. Place your laptop or phone to the side so you can see it when facing both the front and back of the mat 🙂

This requested class focuses on emotional release. It’s a slow for vinyasa best for intermediate and advanced students. If you’ve been exposed to stress for a long period of time and want to wash stress out of your system through yoga, this class is for you. Enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments below!
