Diana: I don’t really know exactly what the big dreams are for me
Brett : What Brought You to Yoga?
Diana: For as long as i can remember ive always been drawn to it . if it was on TV i would do it . i stumbled upon a kundalini class on you tube years ago and it was magical to me i had never felt that way before and it brought me peace in a tumultuous time.
Brett: What do You Hope to Get out of Yoga Teacher Training?

Diana: 18 years on and off
Brett: What’s Your Favorite Style of Yoga?
Diana: i love the breath work and fast pay off of kundalini but i also love a vinyasa flow

Brett: What’s Been Your Biggest Struggle in Your Practice?
Diana: my hips, some time back i did something and Ive had pain in my left hip that radiates to my right hip and into my legs. I’ve had MRI and CAT scans and cant find the issue. So i feel like this has held my practice back. Every day when I bend over the tightness in my hips and down my hamstrings and inner thighs it feels like im starting right back over
Brett: What’s Your Big Advice for Others?
Diana: make the time. self love is so important. Make time to clear your head space.

Favorite Smoothie Recipe: i am a juice kinda gal vs. smoothie
2 fistful kale
1 fistful baby spinach
1 carrot
1 fiji apple
1 half large beet .
add everything into a quality juicer and consume immediately with your favorite daily supplements <3
Favorite Food Recipe: Greek salad
1 roman heart washed and chopped
1 half cup potato salad (sometimes i just nuc. a potato in the microwave and chop it up .
a few klament olives
2-3 sliced beets from a jar.
top with a quality Evoo and red wine vini and a little salt and pepper
Favorite Book: anything eckhart tolle ( though i find him a little hard to understand )
