Best Acai Bowl Recipe ♥ Smoothie or Eat from Bowl

Breakfast or Anytime Healthy Snack

I LOVE ACAI bowls! But the ones I eat out I often find are too sweet. This is my own recipe which I invented and adore. Having been making my acai bowls like this for YEARS!

What you need:

-Blender (I’m using a vitamix in the video but any blender is great)
-Low Fat Plain Yogurt (I use between a third and half the container)
-Frozen Blueberries (between a third and half a cup)
-Raw Almonds (optional)
-1 Banana (brown is good!)
-1 Acai Smoothie Pack (I use Sambazon brand)
-Organic Peanut Butter (optional)
-Liquid Chlorophyll (optional)
-Dried Coconut Flakes
