Pleasure. Place the order.
Place the order. Pleasure.
Pleasure. Pleasure. Place the order.
Place the order. Pleasure.
This loop — and the way Emily Fletcher teaches you to seal pleasure together with desire — has completely shifted the way I think about manifesting. I recently had the pleasure of taking Emily’s course, Ziva Magic, and one of the most valuable things I learned inside was that your body’s pleasure is the portal to your manifestations.
Not the vision board. Not the spreadsheet. The felt experience of joy.
A lot of us think about what we want — and then immediately feel guilty for wanting it. That guilt becomes a kind of negative reinforcement loop. And for many of us, simply feeling good in our bodies — or experiencing sensual pleasure — brings up shame. Emily helped me understand how deeply those two loops are connected. Rewiring them, so we can feel good about what we want and good in our bodies at the same time, is one of the most powerful aspects of this course. I truly had not seen it framed that way before.
I’ve taken a lot of meditation and manifestation courses over the years. In fact, I had mostly stopped taking them. I’d manifested my dream partner, two beautiful kids, the kind of business that’s danced between seven and multi-seven figures for nearly a decade, a home I love, and even a ski cabin.
So I wasn’t sure I needed anything new in this space. I was skeptical.
But Emily is a friend and someone I’ve admired and shared circles with for many years — so of course I was curious. Especially because I’ve been going deeper into my own somatic work, both through my Somatic Yoga Certification and inside our online yoga teacher trainings.
Plus, I’ve studied pleasure practices, tantra, and trauma-informed yoga — so I’m uniquely equipped to review this course honestly, and through a very embodied lens.
So whether — like me — you’ve invested in thirty (or more!) self-development courses at this price point…
Or this is your very first and feels like a nerve-wracking splurge…
Whether you’re coming to this from a yoga background, from an interest in sacred sexuality, or even just curiosity…
I’m here to show you behind the scenes of Ziva Magic, share what it did for me, and help you make an aligned, grounded decision.
✨ Bonus for you! If you purchase Ziva Magic through my link, I’ll gift you access to my Somatic Healing Masterclass — a powerful companion to the course.
Ziva Magic invites you to move and dance intuitively to process emotions. If that’s outside your comfort zone, my masterclass gives you concrete steps to link specific yoga poses with emotions, so your practice becomes a safe space for emotional release and healing.

What is Ziva Magic?
Ziva Magic is Emily Fletcher’s manifestation and meditation course — but it’s not like other programs in the “manifest your dream life” space. Instead of asking you to just visualize or script or think positively, this course invites you into your body. Into pleasure. Into feeling good now — not someday when everything finally clicks.
The course is built around a guided journey, with teaching videos, embodiment practices, and journaling prompts designed to help you regulate your nervous system and rewire how you relate to desire. There’s a special emphasis on sensory pleasure and how rewiring your relationship with pleasure can dramatically shift what you’re able to attract.
The biggest challenge with any online course is whether you’ll actually carve out time to do it. That’s why I highly recommend signing up when Emily runs the course live, which she does at select times throughout the year. When you’re receiving live support and reminders, it’s so much easier to stay engaged and take action on the powerful practices she shares.
That said, the self-paced version is still incredibly robust. The production value is gorgeous — think crystal-clear audio, beautiful editing, and multiple video lessons per module. Each section comes with a companion PDF, and there’s even an audio-only option for many of the meditations. I loved using those as part of my wind-down routine before bed.
As someone with a background in yoga, movement, and dance, I do wish there had been a bit more structure and variety in what she calls the “dance breaks” — short invitations to move between modules. I was craving a little more choreography or body-led exploration there. But overall, the course felt meaty and well-rounded, especially if you’re someone who enjoys self-reflection and guided inner work.

The Core Teaching That Changed Everything for Me
As someone who’s taken dozens of courses on meditation, tantra, and manifestation, I didn’t expect to hear something truly new. But what Emily teaches inside Ziva Magic genuinely shifted something in me.
She connects pleasure to manifestation in a way I hadn’t seen before.
Pleasure. Place the order.
Place the order. Pleasure.
Pleasure. Pleasure. Place the order.
This loop — this felt cycle — is at the heart of her method. It’s not about visualizing what you want and hoping it comes. It’s about letting your body feel it now. Tasting it. Savoring it. Then placing the order again — from that deliciously embodied state.
We touched on this in the intro, but I want to add: a lot of us think about what we want and then feel guilty about it, which creates a negative reinforcement loop. For many of us, feeling sensual pleasure or just feeling good in our body brings up shame. So instead of associating joy with desire, we reinforce guilt and self-doubt.
This rewiring — releasing the shame and guilt around both desire and pleasure, and sealing those two things together instead — is what Emily helped me understand and embody in a whole new way.
But that wasn’t the only insight that stuck with me.
Another one of my favorite takeaways from the course is that whatever is, is the portal.
Meaning: whatever you’re feeling right now — that’s the doorway in. Not the thing to fix. Not the thing to bypass. If you’re feeling annoyance? That’s the portal. Anger? That’s the portal. Resistance? Same. These emotions aren’t obstacles. They’re invitations. The idea that we don’t need to override or “upgrade” our current emotional state to start manifesting felt like such a relief. And it reminded me a lot of what I teach in my own Somatic Yoga Course — that your body is always speaking, and every sensation has wisdom.
While this is the core teaching that resonated the most for me, there are definitely gold nuggets and gems sprinkled throughout the course. Even as someone who’s done a lot of inner work and really didn’t think I had anything new to learn, I found myself making connections I hadn’t made before.
One standout idea: Emily introduces the concept of two types of manifestors — active and receptive. This distinction really stuck with me. I’d never heard it presented that way, and it gave me permission to relate to my manifestation practice differently. So many courses make you feel like you’re doing it wrong if you don’t “push” hard enough or follow a rigid set of rituals. But this idea that some people are receptive manifestors (and that might actually be more common, especially among women) was a huge aha. It helped me take practices I already knew — from this course and others — and integrate them on my own terms.
Like me, Emily loves to teach through storytelling, which I find incredibly effective. While I wouldn’t expect deep Vedic or philosophical teachings (though she does sprinkle in some Sanskrit here and there), that’s not the point of this course.
Ziva Magic takes esoteric ideas and makes them immediately usable. Her fresh approach, passion, and relatable delivery helped me absorb familiar concepts in a totally new way.
Even the obvious ones. Like the reminder that most of the things we worry about don’t actually come true. Of course I know that. But the way she framed it — the way she told the story — made me feel it differently. It landed.
I’ve done a lot of work on myself. I teach this stuff. And yet I still catch myself focusing on worry, instead of placing the order for what I do want. This course helped me come back to that truth — and back to my own power — in a way that was embodied, joyful, and deeply nourishing.
Ziva Magic vs. Ziva Meditation
If you’re already familiar with Emily’s work, you might be wondering how this course compares to her original Ziva Meditation training. I was curious about that too.
To me, Ziva Meditation is more about discipline. It gives you a powerful framework for stress reduction and daily meditation. It’s structured. Clear. Clean.
Ziva Magic, on the other hand, is more about desire. It’s about turning up the dial on your own inner magnetism. It’s less of a daily routine and more of a repatterning — a shift in how you think, feel, and engage with your body and your dreams.
While the Ziva Meditation course teaches you to clear out stress, Ziva Magic teaches you how to call in joy — through the body, through pleasure, and through a more feminine, intuitive lens.
There’s still meditation here, but the vibe is different. It’s more sensual. More playful. Less focused on consistency and more focused on curiosity and exploration. You can feel the evolution of Emily’s own journey in this course — it’s softer, more embodied, and in many ways, more relatable for where I personally am in my life right now.
If you’re newer to meditation, I think either course could be a great starting point. But if you’ve already established some kind of mindfulness or somatic practice, and you’re craving a deeper connection to manifesting through embodiment, Ziva Magic might meet you in a much more exciting place.

Who This Course Is (and Isn’t) For
If you’re someone who’s completely new to meditation or manifestation, Ziva Magic can be a really fun and accessible entry point. Emily breaks down big concepts in bite-sized ways. She’s warm, she’s relatable, and she brings a lot of personality to the material — which helps when you’re wading into unfamiliar territory.
But where I think this course really shines is for the woman who’s already done a lot of self-development work. Like me. If you’ve already manifested the partner, the home, the business, and you’re still asking, “Wait — what else is there?” this course might be your answer key.
It’s for the seasoned seeker who’s done the vision boarding, the affirmations, the retreats… and still feels like there’s some residue in the nervous system. Like maybe the doing isn’t the answer anymore. That’s where Ziva Magic comes in — and why I think it pairs so beautifully with practices like somatic yoga, kundalini, or sacred sexuality work, where we start to shift not just our thoughts, but our felt sense of possibility.
You do need to be willing to move your body. As Emily says in the course, “Move your feet.” That means dancing in your living room, letting the music move through you, and being playful and expressive — even if it feels awkward at first. If you’re not quite there yet, or you feel unsure of how to physically move through emotion, my Somatic Yoga course might be a good first step. In it, we go over dozens of postures and movement patterns that help you embody and release specific emotions, so you’re not left wondering, “What does ‘dance out your sorrow’ actually look like?”
Movement in Ziva Magic is intentionally minimal in terms of instruction. It’s not a choreography class or guided movement session — it’s more about helping you feel safe and free enough to move spontaneously, to enjoy your body, and to feel pleasure as a pathway to the life you want.
This course probably isn’t for you if you’re looking for deep Vedic philosophy or traditional yogic lineage content. It’s not that. It’s not a certification. It’s not a teacher training. It’s a personal upgrade — a nervous system-level software update that reorients you toward pleasure as a starting point, not a reward.
And if you’re someone who tends to be very analytical or wants constant intellectual rigor, some parts of this course may feel too simple. But that simplicity is the wisdom.
Ziva Magic isn’t trying to impress you — it’s trying to re-pattern you. And that’s what makes it magical.
Final Thoughts — Is Ziva Manifesting & Ziva Magic Worth It?
If you’re wondering whether Ziva Magic is worth the investment, here’s what I’ll say:
I’ve taken over 30 personal development, manifestation, and meditation programs over the past decade. Some were amazing. Some were overpriced fluff. At this point, I can tell almost immediately whether something is going to move the needle for me — or just sit in my downloads folder collecting digital dust.
Ziva Magic moved the needle.
It wasn’t necessarily because the concepts were brand new (many weren’t), but because Emily helped me get excited about them in a new way. It wasn’t just about the “aha” — it was about the felt sense of reclaiming pleasure, rewiring guilt, and actually aligning with what I want… through my body. Not my mind. Not the to-do list. Not the vision board. But through feeling good — right now, in this breath.
And that’s the piece I think so many of us are missing. Especially as women, we’re taught to suppress our desires, feel shame about pleasure, or tone things down to avoid being “too much.” But pleasure is the power source. It’s the transmission. And this course reminded me of that in such a clear, tangible way.
So whether, like me, you’ve already invested in dozens of courses like this one, or this is your first — and maybe it even feels like a nerve-wracking splurge — I hope this deep dive helped you see what’s inside Ziva Magic and whether it’s the right fit for this season of your life.
If you’re coming from a yoga or wellness background, or if you’re someone who’s explored tantra, sacred sexuality, or somatic embodiment, you’ll probably feel very at home in this container. And if you’re newer to this world, it’s a beautiful, approachable place to start.
