Tips:
Read emails below CAREFULLY and fill in *your specific* links and test them before sending (make sure none of your links lead to an error page)
Tweak and schedule all emails in your email automation software NOW (so it’s over and done with)
Add personal anecdotes, photos, or fun personal stories to make the emails feel even more like your own
Share Brett’s challenges and Youtube videos (assuming they’re not competitive with any of your own content) so people can get familiar with her teaching style (see recommendations below)
Below is a suggest order and months to send…but work with these however you like. For example, you could send all these emails in a 10-day promotion period if that’s what works best for you and your list.
PLAN AHEAD — YTT is a big investment. People need months of lead time. The earlier you start sending emails, the better. Getting started early also helps you plan around your own product launches and schedules.
Suggested Email #1 (March)
Please edit to fit your particular situation/audience, customize, add in anecdotes and take out anything that is not true (AKA if you’re not featured in the training or don’t know current graduates). We suggested sending this email SOONER rather than later so students have more lead time to make a decision and more options to enroll in convenient payment plans.

Hi ____________,
Yoga Teacher Training was a life-changing journey for me (I mean, obviously! It started me on this path of making a living teaching what I love). Whether you’re considering Yoga Teacher Training to deepen your personal yoga practice OR to pursue teaching yoga as a career, I wanted to make sure you knew about my friend Brett Larkin’s Uplifted 200-Hour Online Teacher Training program, which I’m also featured and a part of!
When Brett first told me about her vision for this program, I was skeptical…
Could Yoga Teacher Training Online really work?
The reality is that modern technology means training to teach online has never been better. It’s: convenient, personalized, and powerful. I’ve met graduates of both her Online 200-YTT and Bridge Program (for Continuing Education). All rave about the sense of community, personalized attention, and high-level of interaction and love she puts into this 4-month, interactive, certification program.
In addition to watching videos at home, students join bi-weekly video calls through their smartphone or computer. Trainees upload photos and videos of their practice to refine each other’s alignment. Everyone receives personalized feedback. Brett’s videos and manual dive into the nuances of anatomy, asana, myofascial release, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, tantra and subtle body systems.
I teach the portion on _________ with her and it’s awesome!
All of this comes with interactive follow-up calls and group discussions to ensure your questions get answered. Students are also divided into intimate weekly study groups. So you have a system of support on this life-changing journey, and brand new friends from all over the world!
If you already hold a 200-hour degree from another school, you can take the course at a reduced rate for Continuing Education through what’s called “The Bridge” program.
Brett’s run this training several times now, and it always sells out months in advance. Current 200-hour online graduates are successfully teaching in yoga studios, gyms — and online. There are modules on social media, entrepreneurship, and how to grow a yoga business in the digital age. These are the skill sets of the future, even if you work in a traditional studio.

- The next training begins on January 30th, 2018. Space is limited. Training usually sells out about 2 months prior to the start date. Registration closes on January 5th.
- If you already old a 200-Hour degree, you can still take the training, and at a discounted rate.
- You can train just to deepen your practice. Becoming a teacher is not required.

I LOVED collaborating on this training with Brett. Pending your situation and goals, especially if you have kids, a full-time job, travel a lot or can’t commit to a in-person 200-Hour Training, this program might be the ideal way for you to earn your 200-Hour degree from the comfort of home.

Suggested Subject Line: Get Clarity: Facing Your Fears Around Yoga Teacher Training
Deciding whether or not to pursue Yoga Teacher Training can bring up some ugly fears. I know it did for me.
Is my practice good enough?
Is this worth doing just to “deepen my practice?”
What if I never have the confidence to actually teach?
I can’t do handstand or headstand in the center of the room – is that okay?
If you’ve bit your nails thinking *any* of these things, you are not alone.
I used to feel this way too!!!!
That’s why I wanted to share my friend Brett’s podcast about Facing Your Fears when it comes to Yoga Teacher Training. She goes on a little bit of a rant (and I like it!😍)
NOTE that even if you already ARE a yoga teacher, this podcast provides inspiration on how you can make your teaching even more unique.

Hi ____________,
If you’ve been considering Yoga Teacher Training to deepen your own personal practice or pursue teaching yoga as a career, I wanted to make sure you knew about the online training I filmed with Brett Larkin. It’s the most interactive, in-depth, online YTT in the world. Because of the unique interactive format (everyone gets personalized feedback and attention) class size is capped. The program usually sells out 2+ months prior to the start date. Here’s a peak at what students currently in this round of her training are saying! (shared with permission):
I can vouch for the powerful transformation that people go through in Yoga Teacher Training because I experienced this myself. What I love about what Brett is doing is that’s she’s putting the YTT experience online in an intimate way, so friendships are forged and everyone receives feedback and support. Plus, you’ll get my support. There are videos of me in the training too!
