Yes—but no prior experience is needed. You’ll be guided through setup inside the course.

I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to follow along?

Absolutely. This is not a course in algorithms or computer science. It’s a soulful introduction to using AI in real life—designed for creators, coaches, and healers.

The video lessons are simple, intuitive, and designed for embodiment—not burnout. Many can be watched while walking or resting, and I’ve included meditations and integrations to support your nervous system while you learn.

Many of the lessons are designed to be listened to while lying down, walking, or even driving. You’ll find meditations and visualizations woven throughout the program to make this an embodied experience that supports your nervous system—not one that drains it.

Nope. I intentionally focus on one tool—ChatGPT—so you can gain mastery and actually use what you learn. Once you understand how this tool works, you’ll be empowered to explore others (if you want to) with clarity and confidence.
