We request YTT students who are pursuing certification to be live at one of these three call times (so Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Calls are 90-120 minutes in length.
Mondays @ 11:30am PST / 2:30pm EST / 6:30pm GMT / 8:30pm CET

ACCREDITATION
Is this training Yoga Alliance approved?
Yes. Uplifted has been a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200 & 300) with Yoga Alliance since 2016 (ID 197303).
Our graduates are eligible to apply for RYT-500 once they complete this training and log 100 teaching hours with Yoga Alliance.
Unlike many online trainings, Uplifted is also approved for continuing education through ACE (30 CECs), AFAA (1.5 CEUs), NASM (1.9 CEUs), and have had hundreds of doctors, nurses and health professionals move through our training.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Can I graduate at my own pace?
Yes. There is no time limit to complete the training.
You can move through the self-paced material at a schedule that works for your life and teaching schedule.
While preparing for your Live Cohort, you’re also welcome to attend Uplifted Inner Circle Gatherings — optional live sessions where you can connect with trainers, ask questions, and stay engaged in the community.
You may defer your Live Cohort to a future session at no cost with 30 days notice.
Do I begin training right away?
Yes. As soon as you enroll you receive immediate access to your training content.
You’ll also be invited to the Uplifted Inner Circle, where new students meet trainers, connect with fellow teachers, and get support as they begin the program.
Think of it as your home base while you settle into the training.
Do I get access to the business training right away?
Yes. Many teachers register early so they can start implementing the business curriculum immediately.
You’ll receive marketing templates, filming guidance, and step-by-step systems designed to help you grow your yoga business.
Live business coaching and accountability then take place during your Live Cohort experience.
HOW THIS TRAINING IS DIFFERENT
How is this training different from cheaper online programs?
Many online trainings operate on an open enrollment model. Students start at different times, attend live calls with strangers who are studying different material, and are often responsible for tracking their own hours and graduation requirements on spreadsheets.
Uplifted is structured very differently.
Students move through the program with a consistent peer cohort and experienced trainers, creating a collaborative environment much closer to an in-person training. You receive real feedback, accountability, and structured guidance throughout the certification process.
This structure is a major reason Uplifted maintains a 96% graduation rate — far higher than most online yoga teacher trainings.
In addition to advanced teaching methodology, this program also functions as a business incubator for yoga teachers, helping you refine your voice, attract clients, and build a sustainable wellness business.
TIME COMMITMENT
What is the weekly time commitment?
The program is designed for working yoga teachers and busy professionals.
In a typical week during the Live Cohort you might:
• Watch ~4 hours of training videos
• Attend one two-hour live call
• Complete about 1 hour of coursework
• Continue your personal yoga practice
Students who enroll earlier often complete more of the self-paced curriculum before Live Calls begin.
Is it too early to register for the next cohort?
Not at all — enrolling early is encouraged.
Early registration gives you time to move through the self-paced curriculum and begin implementing the business modules before the live portion begins.
When is the next cohort after this one?
The next scheduled Live Cohort begins January 25, 2027.
You can enroll now and begin the training immediately.
CERTIFICATION
Can this training count toward my RYT-500 designation?
Yes.
Teachers may combine a 200-Hour certification with a 300-Hour advanced training to reach the 500-Hour level.
After completing the program, simply log 100 teaching hours with Yoga Alliance to register as RYT-500.
How long does it take for me to earn my 500-Hour certification?
The live call component takes 4 months to complete. We suggest signing up at least 2 months prior to live calls starting to watch at least 2 modules of the pre-recorded, core content, before live training starts. If you can register earlier, even better!

What payment options are available?
You may pay using credit card or PayPal. Pricing is listed in USD and automatically converts if you are paying in another currency.

POLICIES
What are your refund policies?
Because training content is released immediately upon enrollment, tuition is non-refundable.
Students receive permanent access to the material and may take as long as needed to graduate.
If you need to move to a future Live Cohort, you may defer free of charge with 30 days notice.
Can I register for the alumni rate if I am a current Uplifted™ 200-Hour student?
Yes, we would love it! Please know that moving forward in the program is contingent upon you successfully completing your Uplifted™ 200-Hour certification by passing your exam and practicum.
Can I register for the alumni rate if I am an Kundalini University 200-Hour grad?
Yes, Kundalini University students excel in this 300-Hour certification. The anatomy and therapeutic modules support your KU education, while training you in safe alignment, injury management and the fascial system. We suggest specializing your 300-Hour certification in Somatic & Feminine Form Kundalini Yoga (see speciality syllabus here). Please book a call to enroll.

What payment options do you accept?
You can pay with a credit card or PayPal. All pricing is listed in US dollars and payments will be automatically converted to US dollars if you are paying with another currency.
What payment plans are available?

Do you offer scholarships or financial aid? Is there a scholarship for military spouses or the like?
We are currently investigating the best way to bring merit-based scholarships and need-based financial aid to our students. We’ve found these institutions, including the military, do not support distance learning. We are able to provide you with a receipt of tuition if you believe you qualify for reimbursement.
Can you provide me with a “proof of tuition” payment for my own business or tax purposes?
Of course — smart thinking! If you are already a yoga teacher or in a profession in which yoga certification could enhance your business (aka a massage practitioner, nutritionist, personal trainer or similar), your tuition could be tax deductible. Please check with your accountant.
