What level is the challenge?
I like to design my New Year's challenges to be beginner-friendly as so many students are recommitting to the mat or restarting their yoga practice during this time of the year. Classes get more challenging as the days progress, but options and modifications are given throughout. I want you to feel victorious after each experience. Beginner students: this challenge is perfect for you. Intermediate students: this is a great refresher and you will be challenged. Yoga teachers: I highly recommend this challenge as a way to get fresh ideas on how to present the concepts provided in your own classes.
How long is each class?
Between 10 and 30 minutes. The idea is for this challenge to be doable and fun, giving you new insights into ancient wisdom in a community experience.
Are the classes live, or pre-recorded?
The classes debut live each day on the challenge page (available only if you sign up), but are pre-recorded so you can enjoy the experience in any time zone. You'll also receive a daily email with additional tips.
Can I do the challenge if on my cycle or pregnant?
Yes, definitely. As always, listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
