I’m a huge fan of Bar Method and go to Pop Physique in my neighborhood. The thing I love the most are their ab series, but being me – I just always want to relax and do yoga!

Hence my new invention with this class: a strong barre-inspired ab series that doesn’t use my neck or shoulders (my pet-peeve with crunches, here I never lift them off the ground), followed by 25-minutes of delicious yoga flow.
