Quick yoga stretch to open up the side of your body and intercostal muscles. Results in renewing your energy and allows you to breath deeply and more fully.

This is one of my favorite yoga stretches to any time of the day, but especially in the morning or if I am short on time.We often don’t notice how tight the sides of our body may be – especially if we sleep on our side or in the fetal position.

I always feel more open, active, and like I can breathe more fully after this quick stretch.
