Yoga for Neck Pain & Shoulder Pain (80-min Full Length Yoga Class)

 

Yoga for neck pain and shoulder pain – especially great for tight traps on those of us that work at a computer.

This is a delicious SLOW FLOW vinyasa flow yoga class.

You will get a work-out here, but the pace is slow and the focus in on eliminating neck and shoulder tension by releasing hidden fears in our body. The peak pose is dancer pose. If your shoulders are achey, tense, or you’ve been stressed or at a computer all day, this vinyasa sequence is exactly what you need!

This is the longest free yoga class I have available. 🙂
